You can work this cosy stripe blanket using whichever colours make your heart sing.
These 15 balls are enough to make a single bed size blanket with a finished size of approximately 4ft x 6ft 120 cm x 180 cm.
Pastel colors make it for wonderful gift for any baby shower but two or three of them in favourite colors of your friends or family will be also adorable.
I have used 15 x 100g balls of stylecraft special dk worked on a 4mm hook to make my cosy stripe blanket.
Another thing to think about is the colour you choose for the final round this will be the colour that dominates the edging so make sure you love this colour.
The colours are 1023 raspberry 100g 1027 khaki 100g 1029 copper 100g 1065 meadow 100g.

Depending on which stripe pattern you choose there are nine of them each pattern will have a different number of stripes.
All you need to think about is the quantity it takes roughly 15 x 100g balls to make a single bed size blanket and twice as many to make a full king size bed blanket.
